Key Responsibilities :

  • Set the vision for the inside sales organisation, aligning the team with the broader organisational goals and nurturing a culture of value-based selling.
  • Own and manage revenue, market share, and P&L goals, focusing on enhancing sales efficiency, reducing cost of acquisitions, and improving collections.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach within the team, building strong relationships with our expert customer base through empathy and rapport.
  • Develop a healthy sales pipeline and conduct periodic risk assessments to ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Implement strategies to lower attrition and improve time to readiness within the sales team, thereby increasing overall productivity and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate comfort and ability in handling 4x targets, leading and inspiring teams to align with the vision and deliver beyond expectations.
  • Collaborate with support organisation to drive exceptional customer experience and uphold value-based selling.

Experience:

  • Proven sales record with consistent delivery against commitments.
  • Experience in transitioning sales teams from transaction-based to value-based selling.
  • Experience in the pharma, education, medical equipment, healthcare industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 17+ years of progressive inside sales/business development experience, with a previous/current target exceeding 400 Cr. annually.
  • Proven experience in identifying, recruiting, and managing high-performance teams.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing and exceeding high sales targets.
  • Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and meet monthly target closures.
